Why I Chose Conservation
History is a window to the past, because it is important to understand the present. examining what people valued. the conservation of heritage sites and artifacts serve as reminders of our shared past, and they provide us with a deeper understanding of our cultural heritage. They allow us to connect with our history and appreciate the cultural diversity that makes our world so rich.
Career Aspiration
I am drawn to the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a museum. As a conservator, I would be responsible for preserving the museum’s collections by ensuring that they are properly stored, handled, and displayed. This would require me to have a deep understanding of the materials and techniques used to create the objects in the collection, as well as an understanding of the potential risks to their preservation. I could also educate visitors on the collection and their history.
